"A" Rating

* Bridgestone Potato Heads - Clever ad that actually had originality. Top 5 advertisement.
* Pedigree - For what the company had to work with, the ad was a good one.
* CareerBuilder.com - Commercial was funny, but punching the koala bear with glasses was damn near priceless. Without it, the ad may rate a "B".
* Pepsi Max "I'm good" - Funny spot showing men overcoming uncommon aches and pains. Amusing ad by Pepsi. Probably the funniest of all Super Bowl ads.

"B" Rating

* Doritos Crystal Ball - Somewhat humorous commercial had an amusing ending to make it worth while.
* Budweiser Lost Love - Two horses in love made for a nice plot in short amount of time. Likable spot.
* Pepsi Bob Dylan - It was good to see some of the old footage. How can you go wrong when your commercial features Gumby?
* Bud Light Board Meeting - Man suggests cutting Bud Light from meetings. Typical Bud Light spot, which are typically funny.
* Coca Cola Bugs Steal Bottle - Original and creative. Nice effects add to the ad's effectiveness.
* Bridgestone Space Drive - Funny ad speculating that aliens stole the astronauts lunar module tires. Bridgestone had the best commercials this year.
* Coke Zero Mean Joe Spoof - For sports fans of years past it was a great spoof of the classic Mean Joe Greene commercial.
* Etrade Babies - Could have been more creative, but still hit the mark overall.
* Monster.com Moose - A bit predictable, but still somewhat amusing.
* Denny's Gangsters - Amusing bit that spoofs mob thugs eating at Denny's, but interrupted by waitress. Worked for me.
* NBC LMAO Clinic - Pretty darn funny ad that hits the mark.

"C" Rating

* Budweiser Horse fetches - Predictable ad but not unbearable. Average at best.
* Audi Jonathan Statham steals cars - Action packed, but car stunts count for nothing on Super Sunday.
* Cheetos Spoiled Girl Pigeon Attack - Could take it or leave it. Doesn't make me want to buy a bad of Cheetos.
* Budweiser Clydesdale Thanks Ancestors - Just okay. Didn't stand out.
* Bud Light Conan O'Brien - A funny guy wasted in a ho-hum commercial. They should have let him write it, and perhaps it would have worked. An overall letdown.
* NFL Saints Player - Okay ad, but somewhat dull. Much could have been done with this material, but the NFL missed the mark.
* GE Scarecrow - Waste of a classic character. Did ad make any sense despite classic catchy tune?
* Hulu Alec Baldwin - Great website and service, but so-so commercial.
* Telaflora Talking Flowers - Pretty amusing ad that gets the message across.
* Bud Light Skier Drinkability - Somewhat amusing, but Bud Light usually does better.
* Kellogg's Baseball Fields - Not much to work with here. Can't rate hit or a miss here.
* Coca Cola Avatars - Lavish ad but didn't do the trick.
* Go Daddy Ads - Both ads were probably liked by men, hated by women. The Senate Hearing ad knocked Roger Clemens (the internet ad knocked Sammy Sosa), and at times was clever, but ultimately went a bit overboard. Nonetheless, no ad will generate more business for its company than these ads. The internet ads proved to be enticing.
* Gatorade G - Can take it or leave it. Seeing the athletes in action may have improved it.
* Hyundai Rivals - Okay ad, but could have been better.

"D" Rating

* Cars.com genius - Many liked the ad, and had potential, but ended with a dud.
* Gastrol Grease Monkeys - Didn't find it funny or cute.
* GE Power of Wind - Wasn't funny or original. Actually, it was pretty dull.
* Taco Bell Pickup - Not good, not bad.
* Bud Lime - Just didn't do anything to promote the product.
* Cash4Gold.com - Sadly used two high profile bankrupt stars to promote the product. It may help business, but the spot wasn't that funny.
* Pepsi McGruber - It's a tired SNL skit that has run its course.
* Vizio TV - Yawner.
* Overstock.com - Eh....waste of a star athlete.
* Toyota Venza - Another sleep inducer.

"F" Rating

* HR Block Death and Taxes - Tried to be funny, but it just wasn't.
