Fred and Jeff watch in horror as Willie and the boys fall apart last year. Despite the collapse of the family empire, Fred and Jeff are advised by Omar to stick with Willie. Fred and Jeff reluctantly agree with Omar. Omar gives his support to Willie despite the family business fortunes taking a turn for the worst.

Omar doesn't like Paulie and his propensity for starting family feuds. Omar tells Paulie to get lost because he likes Yorvit better. Paulie's feelings are hurt, and he moves to Washington. Omar welcomes Yorvit to the "family". Omar inexplicably tells Yorvit to get lost. Omar's feelings for Yorvit change. Feeling hurt and used, Yorvit files a grievance against the family. Unfazed, Omar looks elsewhere for Paulie's replacement, while Paulie gloats.

Omar begs Luis to stay on for four years even though no one else wants Luis. Omar thinks Luis and Jose will get along just fine for four years. Luis takes Fred and Jeff's money. Everyone laughs at Omar for being in love with Luis for four more years. Luis' bad knees quickly start breaking down shortly after the ink dries on the family business contract he signs. Was Luis hiding something from Omar? Did Omar know about the medical issues that come with Luis? Is Luis telling the truth about his age? No one knows...so the mystery continues. Omar tells Ruben he's no longer wanted. Ruben leaves crying for Atlanta. Omar tells Lastings he's no longer wanted. He tells Lastings to move to Washington with Paulie. Paulie and Lastings enjoy being away from New York. Omar welcomes Ryan and Brian to the family business. Omar wants Johan. Omar is in love with Johan. He banishes Phillip, Kevin, and Carlos to Minnesota in favor of Johan. People are surprised to see Carlos gone, until they realize it's another Carlos. Omar gives Johan the keys to the family business rotation. Everyone likes Johan. Everyone loves Omar again. Omar is king of the hill. Omar snickers to himself, as he has fooled Fred and Jeff by bringing in Johan to mask his other poor business moves. While he's at work, Omar tells Moises not to leave the family business. Moises agrees to stay on. All is fine with the family.

Omar takes the family to Florida for the annual Spring Corporate gathering. Omar and Willie let the kids play. Moises, Luis, Jose, Ramon, Brian, Carlos, Carlos, and Pedro get hurt while Willie is watching the younger kids play. Jeff and Fred are concerned. Omar and Willie take their family out of Florida and back to New York to tend to the family business. Omar decides to promote good looking Mike over the aging Orlando. Orlando hurts his foot and doesn't care, because he'll get paid during sick leave anyway. While at work, Pedro has a setback. Pedro has his groin torn. Was it the masseuse's fault? Did he do it to himself? Pedro leaves Willie and becomes depressed. Omar is befuddled. Jose V has career threatening injury. Should he or shouldn't he have surgery? And why was Jose V invited to attend the Spring Seminar in the first place? What is Omar to do? Carlos and Carlos are lost at the plate. Omar and Willie look...but can't find Carlos and Carlos. They are reported missing by the New York Media. Moises feels a sharp pain in his private area. Moises bows over in pain. Has he been shot? No. Moises has a hernia and is sent home, away from the family business. Omar is concerned. Willie falls in love with Aaron. Aaron stabs Willie in the back and lets him down during a work assignment. Willie trusts Aaron again for an important task. Aaron lets Willie down again...and again...and again. Many wonder why Willie remains loyal to the back-stabbing Aaron. Omar is baffled. Jose starts sabotaging Willie by making mistakes. Did he or didn't he do it on purpose? Are Jose's feelings still hurt by Willie's harsh feedback last year? Omar is baffled. Brian lands in the hospital due to a thumb infection. Who was responsible? Omar is baffled. Ryan runs into Marlon while at the workplace. Everyone hopes Marlon is the one who is hurt. Their prayers go unanswered. It is Ryan who is hurt. Ryan is down for the count. Ryan has headaches and can't work full time. Omar is baffled. Carlos and Carlos are still missing. Ramon complains of a bad back that will force him to miss work. The family business suffers. Omar brings in a Casanova to complete Ramon and Brian's job. Brian finally returns to work, as does Ramon. The Casanova is banished. Johan doesn't perform as expected, and the family business suffers. Who's at fault? Is it Willie...or Rick...or Omar? Omar is befuddled. One of the Carlos boys finally shows up. He is alive. When he does well at work, he is asked to show his thanks to admirers...and he refuses. The media is upset with Carlos for ignoring the acknowledgment. Carlos disappears again shortly thereafter.

Moises comes back to work. Moises leaves work again. Oliver loses his concentration at work and starts giving free passes to rival company employees. Oliver loses money for his employers. Rick tries to fix Oliver, but is unsuccessful. Rick comes under scrutiny for failing Mike, Aaron, Matt, and Oliver. Meanwhile, upset with his co-workers, Billy yells about them to reporters. Billy curses. Willie is mad at Billy. Billy is still mad at his co-workers. Omar is baffled. Willie yells at Billy. Meanwhile, back at the workplace, Ryan is hurt again by a competitor. He is brutally slammed to the ground, face-first by a competitor. Ryan is bloody and dazed. Did Ryan deserve to be hurt by the rivals? Ryan has headaches again. Suave Fernando is brought in to replace Ryan. There was something in the air that night, the stars were bright...it was Fernando. Fernando was blackballed by most employers for poor performance, but Omar is not phased by his past failures. Omar hires Fernando to work for him while Ryan remains woozy. Everyone is bewildered.

Jealous of Billy, Willie lashes out and accuses people of not liking him because he's black. He blames his boss' family media business. Omar is befuddled. Fred and Jeff are not happy and wish Willie would be terminated. Fred and Jeff want Willie to be missing. Jose continues to sabotage Willie while at work. Fred and Jeff dispatch Omar to Colorado to yell at Willie. Omar yells politely at Willie. Omar then takes Willie, Rick, Jerry, and Howard out to dinner. Willie and his team come home to New York. Fred and Jeff want to see Willie now! Fred and Jeff see Willie. Willie still has his job. Fred and Jeff give Willie another chance to succeed. Carlos and Carlos re-emerge to say they don't care about Willie. Reporters want Willie gone. Reporters blame Omar for the family business misfortunes. Fred and Jeff watch in horror as family business crumbles. Fred and Jeff sharpen their axes. Will they terminate Omar? Omar sharpens his axe. Will he terminate Willie...or Jose...or Aaron...or one of the Carlos boys? Who's going to get the axe? Will Billy and Carlos make up? Will Carlos and the reporters get along? Will Aaron finally help Willie? Can Jose become a valued employee again? Will Brian stay out of the hospital? Will Lastings and Paulie get the revenge they seek against Omar? Can Ryan stop seeing double and will his head stop ringing? Will Moises come back to Omar, or has he left him for good? Will Orlando ever walk without an inflatable boot again?
